This church helps people to grow in their relationship with God. It follows the teachings of the Bible.  The Vineyard is very inclusive and welcoming to new people and to regular attenders. The church strives to reach out to those in need, developing outreach programs, developing new leaders, encourages involvement in small groups, provides excellent worship, and has a terrific children's ministry which helps our youth to grow in the knowledge of Christ.  I feel very at home at the Vineyard.  It is extremely comfortable, encouraging, welcoming and a down to earth place to do life with others who are trying to grow in the grace and love of Jesus through understandable teachings, loving acceptance and encouragement.

Comfortable atmosphere.  Good Worship.  Sincere & genuine people.

I've attended the Vineyard in Syracuse for more than 10 years. One of the things I've most appreciated about it, besides the fact that the church is grounded on Biblical principles, is that the focus in on growth. The pastor has often said that "anything living must be growing" and "you spell faith..RISK".  I haven't known the people there to be a bunch of "experience seekers" but I have known them to be people who desire to grow and change; and I've seen plenty of that happening at the church. Another thing I appreciate about the church is that everyone gets to "play".  You don't have to be a spiritual 'giant' to get in the game. Real people, doing real ministry, serving a real God.  It works for me!

I have been going to the Vineyard for about 8years. I started coming my freshman year of college and loved the "Come as you are" attitude. Everyone at the church was so welcoming. After i started coming, I joined a small group. It helped me get to know other "college age" adults and helped me on my new spiritual walk.
